Facebook 'Like' button goes live

Facebook has been in the news for its various changes that took place recently. The removal of Facebook Lite and the take down of fb.me URL shortener are the few. Now the most another change opted by Facebook is that they have introduced Like buttons for Facebook pages. According to me this could really be helpful to those who own a Facebook page for their product or business. Usually Facebook Fan pages helps to create a community of people who likes your product on web.

With the new Like button coming into, now Facebook also counts your friends figure as part of the overall total figure who likes separately.

Before visitors had to click on Become a Fan button to become a member of any Facebook fan page and from today onwards Facebook has changed it to Like button. This change adds up another category that the Facebook page to the list of Advertisements, comments, notes, photos, Albums etc.... which has a like button feature in common.
